چکیده

This paper deals with a reduced switch multi-level inverter for the solar photovoltaic system-based 127-level inverter. The proposed technique uses minimum number of switches to achieve maximum steps in staircase AC output voltage when compared flying capacitor inverter, cascaded type multilevel and diode clamped use decreases cost system. To eliminate switching losses, this topology square wave is used instead pulse width modulation. Thereby total harmonic distortion (THD) harmonics have been pulsating waveform. performance MLI 15 level, 31-level 63-level inverters. outcomes simulated MATLAB R2009b environment.
